**Job Title:** Infrastructure Solutions Architect
**Role Summary**
Design and implement high-performance storage and SAN infrastructure. Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, lead data center architecture modernization, automate processes, and manage large-scale storage and network migrations across multi-vendor environments.
**Expectations**
7–10 years of experience in storage administration and infrastructure design. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Architect and optimize enterprise storage solutions using Dell VMAX-3, PMAX, Pure, HP, and equivalent platforms.
- Design and execute storage replication strategies (e.g., TimeFinder, SRDF/S, A, AR) and data migration projects (using Cirrus or equivalents).
- Administer, troubleshoot, and migrate Cisco and Brocade switch hardware (fabric modules, supervisors, line cards) in datacenter environments.
- Develop automation scripts (Python or equivalent) to support infrastructure processes.
- Analyze and optimize SAN performance, including VSANs, DCNM, ISL, NPI, Logical Fabrics, and LSANs.
- Lead cross-platform migrations for storage and network hardware.
**Required Skills**
- Expertise in storage technologies (Dell VMAX-3, PMAX, Pure, HP) and SAN infrastructure.
- Proficiency in storage replication, remote replication protocols, and migration tools.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco/UCS, Brocade/Broadcom Director-class switches, FOS, SAN NAV, and SYMCLI tools.
- Knowledge of DCNM, NPI, Logical Fabrics, and SAN architecture.
- Scripting/programming skills (Python preferred) for automation workflows.
**Required Education & Certifications**
Bachelor’s in CS/IT or equivalent. Desirable certifications: DELL EMC Proven Professional, PURE Storage Implementation Engineer, CCNP, or HP ASE.
