Job title: Staff DevOps Engineer, Release Engineering Role Summary: Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable CI/CD pipelines and compliance‑aware release processes for a federally regulated SaaS platform. Expactations: - 8+ years in SRE/DevOps for SaaS, with strong production experience in container orchestration and continuous delivery. - Deep knowledge of FedRAMP, NIST 800 series, and government security standards. - Proven ability to build and evolve multi‑cloud (AWS/GCP) infrastructure, GitOps workflows, and IaC. Key Responsibilities: - Build and optimize reliable CI/CD pipelines for federal deployments. - Partner with development, security, compliance, and operations teams to automate deployment, testing, and monitoring. - Drive incident response, post‑mortem analysis, and proactive reliability improvements. - Design and maintain architecture that meets FedRAMP compliance and evolving regulatory guidelines. - Implement deployment strategies (blue‑green, rolling, canary) and automation best practices. - Deliver reusable tooling and frameworks for the broader engineering organization.
