Job Description: Job Title: Expert in AI/NLP/ML Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain NLP, ML, and AI solutions, train custom models, improve machine‑translation quality, and create robust data pipelines while ensuring data integrity and compliance with EU legislation. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality AI products on time, collaborate cross‑functionally, proactively mitigate risks, and lead data‑driven technical discussions. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and test NLP/ML/AI software and model‑serving interfaces. • Train deep‑learning models on structured and unstructured data. • Feature selection, classifier building, and model optimisation. • Enhance MT engines for specific language pairs and design systematic quality‑improvement strategies. • Define data rules, data controls, and implement quality‑assurance measures. • Build automated anomaly‑detection systems and monitor performance. • Perform data mining, cleansing, and validity verification. • Architect and promote solutions that integrate master‑ and meta‑data management. • Analyze data architecture for consistency, completeness, and accuracy. • Participate in business‑case creation, vision documents, and project charters. • Interpret EU legislation to extract regulatory requirements. • Manage issues, changes, decisions, and transition projects to operations. Required Skills: • ≥3 years experience analysing, recommending, and deploying AI models and architectures. • ≥3 years developing model‑serving endpoints and LLM APIs. • ≥3 years Python programming. • ≥2 years data‑management experience with large datasets (preprocessing, cleansing, organization). • ≥1 year working with non‑structured databases and data lakes. • Proficiency in statistical analysis, regression, hypothesis testing, and machine‑learning algorithms. • Scripting and automation skills. • Strong communication, presentation, and documentation abilities. • Ability to work autonomously and as a collaborative team player. • Proven risk management, issue resolution, and organisational capabilities.
