**Job Title**
Talent Management / HRIS International Consultant
**Role Summary**
Lead large‑scale HRIS projects for multinational clients, delivering core HR solutions and talent management services. Design, configure, and support deployment of HRIS platforms, while driving process standardization, change management, and continuous improvement across global HR functions.
**Expectations**
- Execute end‑to‑end HRIS projects (study, functional design, deployment, post‑go‑live support).
- Champion international HRIS implementation and talent management initiatives.
- Contribute to knowledge capitalization, functional & technical research, and thought‑leadership activities.
- Collaborate with sales and consulting teams to promote the HRIS offering.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Deploy core HRIS solutions (Workday, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Talentsoft, etc.) for international clients.
2. Support talent management modules: training, performance, competency, mobility, and recruitment.
3. Standardize HR tools and processes across the client’s global footprint.
4. Conduct functional design workshops, prepare documentation, and validate user requirements.
5. Lead or participate in change‑management initiatives (training, communication, user adoption).
6. Assist in post‑implementation support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
7. Capture lessons‑learned in the company’s knowledge base and contribute to the HRIS competence center.
8. Produce or co‑author industry content (blogs, whitepapers, press releases).
9. Support commercial activities through expertise and client engagement.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience in HRIS consulting or HRIS/HR department.
- Deep knowledge of at least one leading HRIS platform (Workday, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Talentsoft, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication, stakeholder management, and relationship building.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated.
- English fluency (speaking, reading, writing) is essential.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Minimum 5‑year university degree (BAC+5) in business, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) are a plus but not mandatory.
