Job Description
Job title: Investor Relations Associate Role Summary: Responsible for managing investor communication, due diligence, and CRM within the Capital Formation/Distribution team. Provides execution and project‑management support while progressing toward senior investor coverage responsibilities and relationships with LPs, consultants, and portfolio managers. Expectations: Deliver timely and accurate investor responses, maintain high‑quality marketing materials, and ensure CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility. Work closely with investment teams to support sophisticated LPs and consultants, gradually taking on direct relationship management duties. Key Responsibilities: • Own and coordinate responses to investor requests and due diligence. • Produce, update, and refine investor marketing materials and reporting. • Manage CRM quality, reporting, and fundraising pipeline visibility. • Support senior team members in covering sophisticated LPs and consultants. • Gradually assume increased responsibility for direct investor coverage. • Collaborate with investment teams to ensure high‑quality, timely investor communication. Required Skills: • 3–6 years’ experience in private credit, fund finance, or placement agency. • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Ability to work across multiple internal and external stakeholders. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field. ---
