Job Title: Agile Delivery Lead Role Summary: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects using Agile methodologies. Expectations: Own end-to-end delivery of initiatives, maintain clear stakeholder communication, resolve operational blockers swiftly, and drive continuous improvement in team efficiency and Agile maturity. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and track project delivery timelines, ensuring alignment with OKRs and business priorities. - Manage risks, issues, and decisions logs to maintain delivery visibility and stakeholder alignment. - Facilitate OKR planning, dependency mapping, and team health checks across squads. - Implement Agile processes to improve team velocity and efficiency. - Report progress to leadership via metrics, dashboards, and stakeholder briefings. - Coach teams on Agile practices and support high-performance cross-functional collaboration. - Coordinate estimation and capacity planning to maintain predictable delivery schedules. Required Skills: - Proficient in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and OKR implementation. - Expertise in Jira and Confluence for planning and documentation. - Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder communication abilities. - Skilled in risk management, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving. - Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional tech teams. - Proven ability to drive process improvements and foster ownership cultures. Required Education & Certifications: - Advanced Agile certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist, Professional Scrum Master II). - Project management qualification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
