Job Description
**Job Title** Commercial Showroom / Wholesale Assistant **Role Summary** Assist the Commercial Department of the French subsidiary in prospecting, client engagement, showroom operations, and sales analysis to drive brand growth and maintain strong wholesale relationships. **Expectations** - Serve as a daily operational partner for sales teams. - Support seasonal strategy execution and client follow‑up. - Manage showroom logistics, prototype tracking, and market analyses. **Key Responsibilities** - Prospect and secure new wholesale clients; schedule and conduct client meetings. - Follow up on sales during peak seasons; drive meet‑ups with the sales force. - Perform competitive analysis (direct and indirect). - Contribute to strategic commercial planning for current and upcoming seasons. - Create and update sales‑support tools for the showroom. - Provide operational support for collection installation in showrooms. - Track and manage prototypes—cancellation and modification requests. - Attend collection briefs and wholesale client meetings in France. - Analyze sales data (per‑merchant, line weights, overlap) and evaluate sell‑in vs targets. - Monitor sell‑out performance of key accounts. - Prepare and review end‑showroom balances and market insights to optimise development. - Undertake additional tasks as assigned. **Required Skills** - Strong client‑centric communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in data analysis, quantitative reporting, and use of Microsoft Office. - Excellent organisation, attention to detail, flexibility, and responsiveness. - Fluency in French (essential); proficiency in English and/or Italian is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Degree or coursework from a business school or fashion/retail management program. - Student status, available full‑time for a 6‑month contract from 29 June 2026.
