Job Description
**Job Title** Recruitment & HR Assistant – Apprenticeship **Role Summary** Provide full support to the HR team in recruitment, campus relations, and personnel administration within a growing financial advisory firm. Act as the first point of contact for candidates, manage onboarding processes, and maintain employee records while contributing to HR strategy execution. **Expectations** - Deliver accurate and timely support for all HR functions. - Operate independently while collaborating closely with colleagues. - Maintain confidentiality and uphold company values. - Demonstrate continuous learning and adaptability in a dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Draft and post job offers; screen CVs; conduct pre‑qualification interviews. - Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers; track recruitment pipelines. - Prepare employment contracts; manage signatures and legal documentation. - Organize recruitment events, campus visits, and informational sessions. - Handle employee onboarding: contract signing, affiliation to social, health, and pension schemes. - Monitor and document probation periods, medical visits, and payroll variables. - Process and verify timesheets, leaves, and general HR administrative tasks. - Produce and distribute employment certificates and other HR documents. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in written and spoken English (minimum B2). - Strong written communication and drafting skills. - Competence with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. - High level of organizational aptitude, attention to detail, and time management. - Self‑motivation, proactivity, and ability to work independently. - Team‑oriented, courteous, and effective interpersonal skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current university student pursuing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Prior experience or coursework in personnel administration and/or recruitment preferred. - No additional certifications required at entry level.
