The role ensures accurate billing alignment with contracts, collaborates across sales, finance, legal, and client onboarding, and resolves billing exceptions and inquiries. **Expectations**: - Deliver accurate and timely billing setups in line with contractual terms. - Maintain high invoicing quality and compliance with sales commission requirements. - Provide proactive support to sales and client onboarding teams. - Execute special projects and process improvements related to billing and data integrity. **Key Responsibilities**: - Translate client contracts into billing configurations. - Review preliminary invoices for accuracy; perform invoicing quality checks. - Address questions on proposals, fee structures, and billing options with sales and relationship management. - Submit client requests for trials and implementations. - Approve erosion orders and process daily workflow tickets promptly. - Resolve billing inquiries, exceptions, and credit requests with appropriate approvals. - Verify sales commission fulfillment on completed billing orders. - Conduct data cleanup, system changes, and enhancements. - Create and maintain internal procedure documentation. **Required Skills**: - 3+ years of experience in billing processes, client service, or finance. - Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Tableau and Outlook an advantage. - Strong analytical skills for data review and logical reasoning. - Excellent written and verbal communication; effective interpersonal skills. - Ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment. - Independent and collaborative team orientation. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
