**Job Title:** Intern – Investment & Asset Management (F/M) **Role Summary:** A 6‑month internship focused on the divestiture and portfolio management of French retail properties. Engage broker discussions and evaluate offers. 4. Conduct financial analysis and asset valuation. 5. Manage a portfolio of retail assets, including business‑plan execution. 6. Coordinate with marketing, property management, and sales teams. 7. Compile performance reports (profit & loss, operational KPIs). 8. Monitor and report asset valuations and value‑creation projects (restructuring, diversification). 9. Job title: Trainee – Financing & Capital Markets (F/H) Role Summary: Assists the Group Financing & Treasury Front Office in managing a €22.8 bn debt portfolio, monitoring market risk exposures, executing capital‑market transactions, and supporting corporate and mortgage financing initiatives within a dynamic, international property‑development environment.
