Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Intern Role Summary: Support the Customer Service team in a 6‑month internship by analyzing service metrics for B‑E‑L markets, managing order lifecycles across international suppliers, resolving post‑delivery issues, coordinating samples, and maintaining customer and product master data for multiple food brands. Expectations: - Entry‑level, currently enrolled in engineering, logistics, business or related field. - Demonstrated problem‑solving, analytical mindset, and proactive engagement. - High level of rigor, autonomy, organizational skills, and strong interpersonal communication. - Ability to propose actionable ideas and work independently within a small team. Key Responsibilities: - Collect and analyze customer service level data for Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg. - Process orders from receipt to delivery within supply‑chain network (Italy, France, Germany, Sweden). - Handle post‑delivery complaints and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders. - Manage sample and gift orders for commercial/marketing purposes. - Organize and maintain customer and product master data. - Perform additional tasks aligned with interests and performance. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data handling, basic analysis). - Fluent in English and French; Dutch language skills are advantageous. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and independent work capabilities. - Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities. Required Education & Certifications: - Current enrollment in an undergraduate or master’s program in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline. - No specific certifications required.
