Job Description
Job title: Electrical Site Manager Role Summary: Oversee electrical installation, commissioning, and close‑out on construction sites, ensuring compliance with EHSQ standards, permits, and project schedules. Manage site teams, subcontractors, and daily material ordering while maintaining accurate documentation and progress reporting. Expactations: - Maintain full EHSQ compliance, including toolbox talks, RAMS, PPE, and safe‑pass. - Secure necessary permits and manage day‑to‑day site material and plant hire. - Lead, train, and supervise apprentices, labour, site supervisors, and subcontractors. - Execute commissioning and close‑out plans, resolve snag lists, and deliver final handovers. - Communicate project changes, progress, and quality reports to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Site delivery coordination (EHSQ, permits, plant, tools, labour). 2. Training and oversight of apprentices and on‑site teams. 3. Execution of commissioning, snag resolution, and handover activities. 4. Daily material ordering and labour tracking. 5. Maintenance of document management system and project schedules. 6. Project quality reporting, monitoring, and compliance with policies. 7. External correspondence and change communication. Required Skills: - Qualified electrician with hands‑on electrical installation experience. - Proven site management and team leadership ability. - Project management knowledge and experience. - Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficient with MS Office and project documentation tools. Required Education & Certifications: - Qualified electrician (trade qualification). - Current manual handling and safe‑pass certification.

Job Description
**Job Title:** Health & Safety Advisor **Role Summary:** Provide leadership in implementing and maintaining EHSQ policies across all project sites. Ensure statutory compliance, manage risk assessments, conduct inspections, audit internal processes, and report performance to senior management. **Expectations:** - Full compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation. - Demonstrate proactive risk management and continuous improvement. - Deliver robust EHSQ reporting and documentation. - Foster a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility. **Key Responsibilities:** - Compile and maintain RAMS, SPAs, and task‑specific risk assessments. - Conduct weekly site inspections and regular internal audits. - Investigate non‑compliances, incidents, and near misses; drive corrective actions. - Prepare and analyse EHSQ performance reports, accident statistics, and trend analyses. - Review contractor/sub‑contractor EHSQ documentation. - Develop and roll out EHSQ training requirements and programmes. - Maintain the K&M document management system. - Support EHSQ Manager with recommendations and reviews. **Required Skills:** - Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and EHSQ management systems. - Proficiency in risk assessment, incident investigation, audit procedures, and data analysis. - Excellent organisational, communication, and reporting skills. - Ability to work independently, drive projects, and manage travel. **Required Education & Certifications:** - NEBOSH General Certificate (essential). - Degree or diploma in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred). - IOSH membership (desirable). - Familiarity with ISO 45001:2018, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and relevant third‑party accreditations. ---
