Job Title: Customer Success Associate Role Summary: Provide frontline support for a growing UK HealthTech platform, ensuring seamless onboarding, high‑quality customer experience, and continuous service improvement across multiple regions. Expects: - Deliver excellent, empathetic service to customers and service providers. - Operate independently in a remote, fast‑paced environment. - Use modern digital tools to monitor, update, and report on service performance. Key Responsibilities: - Onboard new customers and service providers, answering enquiries and facilitating local acquisition. - Serve as the primary point of contact for users, maintaining smooth, high‑quality interactions. - Monitor live service arrangements to uphold quality, safety, and continuity. - Collaborate with operations, product, and support teams to refine internal systems, workflows, and processes. - Maintain and update content on a CMS and manage billing, payments, and communication channels. - Track service delivery and performance via an internal operations hub. - Support cross‑functional projects that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
