Salesforce Project Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Salesforce initiatives, driving the design, implementation, migration, and continuous improvement of the Media Cloud and Sales Cloud environments. Ensure alignment with governance, compliance, and business objectives while coordinating cross‑functional teams.
**Expectations**
- Deliver complex, multi‑org Salesforce projects on time and within budget.
- Translate business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions.
- Maintain clear communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Champion post‑go‑live support, training, and continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own the full project lifecycle: scoping, planning, execution, testing, and deployment.
- Manage stakeholder expectations; provide regular status reports, RAG assessments, and budget tracking.
- Use Jira, Confluence, and other tools for agile tracking, change management, and documentation.
- Lead the new Media Cloud org deployment, including data migration and integration with existing systems.
- Oversee consolidation of three Sales Cloud orgs and migration to Media Cloud.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (developers, admins, testers, external partners).
- Facilitate workshops, capture requirements, and translate them into user stories and data flow diagrams.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct post‑deployment reviews, capture lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience delivering complex Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud, Media Cloud).
- Expertise in multi‑org environments, org consolidation, and data migration.
- Agile project delivery: sprint planning, backlog management, iterative release cycles.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, automation, and integration.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security, scalability, and best practices.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and requirement‑management tools.
- Excellent communication: translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Collaborative mindset, ability to work with cross‑functional and executive teams.
- Proactive risk management and solution orientation.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or relevant).
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) preferred.
