**Job Title**
Web Developer & Data Analyst Trainee
**Role Summary**
Trainee will support the Marketing & Digital team on two core initiatives: (1) redesigning and optimizing company WordPress sites for corporate, service, and professional/patient audiences; (2) analyzing tele‑interpreting platform usage data to identify performance bottlenecks and drive service improvements. Work is independent yet collaborative, delivering code, dashboards, and actionable insights.
**Expectations**
- 12‑24 month alternance or 6 month internship (Paris 13ᵉ).
- Participate in all development and analytical stages, from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Produce well‑documented, high‑quality deliverables (WP themes, responsive pages, SQL queries, Python scripts, dashboards).
- Continuously learn new technologies, comply with GDPR, and adhere to UX best practices.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Redevelop and optimize corporate, services, and professional/patient WordPress sites.
- Integrate HTML/CSS mockups, manage themes and page builders; ensure mobile responsivity and UX for doctors, patients, and investors.
- Improve site performance (load time, page structure) and implement basic SEO technical practices.
- Enforce legal compliance: GDPR, cookie notices, statutory disclosures.
- Define and monitor KPIs for tele‑interpreting workflow: case turnaround time, interpretation latency, exam volume, result delivery time.
- Gather usage data (logs, CSV/Excel exports, existing dashboards) and process with Python, SQL, and data‑visualization tools.
- Build models, algorithms, and simulations to pinpoint workflow bottlenecks and recommend product/process/interface enhancements.
- Create regular KPI dashboards and reports for operations, medical, and management teams.
**Required Skills**
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Basic, etc.).
- Solid web‑development fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3, basic JavaScript.
- Hands‑on experience with WordPress (installation, admin, themes, plugins).
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Power BI / Looker Studio / Tableau.
- Data analysis expertise: SQL, statistical methods, data‑cleaning, and model prototyping.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data‑protection regulations.
- UX/UI sensitivity, particularly for medical‑professional contexts.
- Self‑directed, time‑management, and collaborative mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Current student or recent graduate (Bac + 3 to Bac + 5) in Web Development, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a technical digital program.
