Job Description
**Job title** Senior Data Analyst **Role Summary** Lead the analytics function for go‑to‑market and servicing activities, building and operating a Customer 360 platform. Transform integrated data from marketing, sales, product, and servicing to create single source of truth, drive GTM strategy, and improve customer acquisition, onboarding, support, and retention. **Expactations** - Deliver accurate, actionable insights across the customer life‑cycle. - Own end‑to‑end data integration, modeling, and visualization pipelines. - Act as the SQL/expertise champion and mentor to junior analysts. - Communicate complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders and influence strategic decisions. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and maintain a unified Customer 360 data model integrating marketing, sales, CRM, product usage, servicing, billing, and external data. - Lead cross‑functional analytics projects, building advanced SQL queries, data models, and automated dashboards (e.g., Looker, Tableau). - Analyze campaign impact, funnel efficiency, and loyalty metrics, providing recommendations that drive revenue, retention, and LTV. - Map and evaluate end‑to‑end customer and broker journeys; identify gaps and propose data‑driven optimizations. - Create and document clear, data‑driven recommendations aligned with OKRs and business objectives. - Mentor junior analysts; enforce best practices in query design, documentation, and data quality. - Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to prioritize initiatives and share insights. **Required Skills** - Advanced SQL (complex queries, performance tuning, documentation). - Data modeling and ETL fundamentals; experience with tools such as dbt, Airflow, or similar. - Programming in Python or R for analytical workflows. - BI/visualization expertise (Looker, Tableau, Power BI). - Statistical analysis: hypothesis testing, experiment design, and interpretation. - Strong communication skills; ability to present technical results to business audiences. - Experience leading cross‑functional analytics projects and mentoring. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Minimum 5 years of data/analytics experience with measurable impact on GTM or customer experience. - At least 4 years of insurance industry experience, preferably in distribution, marketing, partnerships, or customer servicing. ---
