Job Title: Business Analyst – OT Security
Role Summary:
Support a large‑scale Operational Technology (OT) and Cyber Security transformation within a complex manufacturing environment. Act at the intersection of OT, cyber security, and engineering to shape and deliver secure, scalable technology solutions across multiple sites.
Expactations:
- Demonstrate proven experience as a Business Analyst in OT, industrial, or manufacturing settings.
- Apply knowledge of OT systems (SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, MES, DCS) and security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, IEC 62443, CIS).
- Deliver clear, actionable artefacts that translate regulatory and risk requirements into implementation plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document functional and non‑functional requirements for OT technology and security solutions.
- Assess existing OT tools, processes, and workflows to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
- Support solution evaluation, pilots, and site rollouts to ensure effective adoption.
- Develop RFP and procurement documentation and support supplier assessments.
- Produce high‑quality documentation (process flows, specifications, operational procedures).
- Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across Engineering, Supply Chain, OT, and Cyber functions.
Required Skills:
- Business Analysis expertise in OT/industrial contexts.
- Understanding of OT architectures (SCADA, PLC, HMI, MES, DCS).
- Familiarity with security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, IEC 62443, CIS).
- Strong analytical mindset for gap identification and process improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
- Experience working in complex, federated, or matrix organisational environments.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred.
