Job Description
Job title: Junior Planner Role Summary: Assist the Programme Integration Scheduler in building and maintaining integrated delivery schedules using Primavera P6, supporting programme reporting, performance analysis, and stakeholder engagement to keep projects on time and within budget. Expectations: - Obtain and maintain required security clearance. - Demonstrate proactive problem‑solving and continuous improvement. - Produce clear, senior‑management‑ready reports and presentations. Key Responsibilities: - Build and update integrated delivery schedules in P6 with project schedulers, managers, and delivery agents. - Conduct critical path analysis and manage dependencies and key milestones. - Generate and present performance reports, root‑cause analysis, and corrective actions. - Engage stakeholders, including Tranche Planners and Leads, and support Programme Controls and Integration Manager in establishing governance and control capabilities. - Update schedule data, monitor progress, and detect changes or delays. - Perform additional duties as delegated by Programme Controls and Integration Manager. Required Skills: - Experience using Primavera P6. - Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint proficiency. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Ability to engage stakeholders and present data to senior management. - Knowledge of planning, progress monitoring, risk and opportunity management. - Initiative, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement mindset. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Valid security clearance or ability to obtain security clearance.

Job Description
Job Title: CE&I Engineer Role Summary: Lead a multidisciplinary CE&I engineering team to design, deliver and hand over electrical, communications, control, safety and instrumentation solutions for large‑scale projects, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory and business requirements. Expectations: - Deliver end‑to‑end CE&I scope from concept through handover. - Provide technical and responsible engineering leadership. - Manage scope, schedule, risk and quality across the project lifecycle. - Mentor and develop junior engineers. Key Responsibilities: - Define and implement CE&I engineering solutions (electrical supply, lighting, earthing, fire alarm, CCTV, SCADA, PLC, MIS, cybersecurity, safety systems, instrumentation, remote handling). - Lead and coordinate CE&I engineering team and cross‑functional project partners. - Conduct design assurance, verification and quality control activities. - Support construction and commissioning phases with engineering deliverables. - Develop project programmes, cost estimates and delivery plans. - Apply project management fundamentals to manage scope, schedule and risk. - Provide responsible engineer oversight for all CE&I deliverables. Required Skills: - Proven leadership and team coordination in CE&I engineering. - Strong knowledge of electrical supply infrastructure, programmable electronic systems, cybersecurity, safety systems, instrumentation, and remote handling. - Experience with design assurance, construction support and commissioning support. - Ability to manage delivery through supply‑chain collaboration. - Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder management. Required Education & Certifications: - HNC/HND or equivalent in CE&I or Electrical Engineering. - Incorporated Engineer (IE) status or actively pursuing it. - Minimum 5 years of relevant CE&I engineering experience on multidisciplinary external projects.
