**Job title:** Junior Event Producer
**Role Summary:** Support Executive Producer and Project Manager in all phases of live event production, ensuring high‑quality experiences are delivered on time and within budget. Serve as primary point of contact for third‑party vendors, oversee logistics, and implement innovative production formats.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver events that meet or exceed quality, safety, and budget standards.
- Demonstrate a proactive, detail‑oriented, and creative approach to problem solving.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan and execute pre‑production logistics, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, and post‑event wrap‑up.
- Develop production timelines, operational processes, and documentation.
- Secure venues, permits, and insurance; manage contracts and insurance compliance.
- Oversee event budgets of varying scales, track expenses, and produce financial reports.
- Research and introduce new vendors, technologies, and production formats to enhance event quality.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and legal teams to align event deliverables.
- Conduct on‑site coordination during events and handle real‑time issue resolution.
- Prepare and maintain detailed event reports and performance analyses.
- Support scaling of internal IPs across multiple productions.
**Required Skills:**
- 1+ years of experience in live event production or experiential marketing.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent in English.
- Creative, analytical, and detail‑oriented mindset with a passion for entertainment.
- Proven ability to negotiate with vendors, manage budgets, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of technical production requirements (audio/visual, stage, lighting) and basic fabrication processes.
- Familiarity with venue research, permitting, and insurance procedures.
- Ability to adapt to ambiguous environments and propose innovative solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with partners, brands, agencies, and talent.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Arts, Business, or related field (preferred).
