Job title: Integration Specialist
Role Summary
- Design, build, deploy, and maintain data integrations across enterprise systems using low‑code/no‑code iPaaS platforms (e.g., Workato).
- Ensure seamless data flow between core business applications such as CRM, ERP, PLM, HRMS, and other enterprise applications.
Expectations
- 3‑5 years of experience in integration development with iPaaS tools.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical integration solutions.
- Deliver high‑quality, maintainable integration workflows under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain integration workflows across systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Ceridian Dayforce, Google Workspace, Jira, etc.).
- Configure and manage API‑based integrations (RESTful APIs) and Webhooks.
- Perform integration testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Document integration processes, data mappings, and workflow logic.
- Monitor integration performance, proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with Business/Systems Analysts, Enterprise Architects, Developers, and stakeholders to align integrations with overall IT architecture.
- Identify and recommend automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support on integration topics to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Stay current on emerging integration trends and technologies; recommend improvements.
Required Skills
- Expertise with low‑code/no‑code iPaaS platforms (Workato, MuleSoft Composer, Dell Boomi).
- Hands‑on experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, CSV, and Webhooks.
- Proven integration design in complex enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of Salesforce (Sales, Service, Field Service) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration.
- Familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and Robot Process Automation (RPA) a plus.
- Basic programming/scripting (JavaScript, Python) beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Superior organizational skills; capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Detail‑oriented, accurate, and able to work under pressure.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
- Workato certifications or equivalent iPaaS certifications highly desirable.
