Job Description
**Job Title:** Contract Electrical Design Engineer **Role Summary:** Design electrical control racks, cable routing, and insertion devices for a large‑scale scientific project. Responsibilities include both new design work and upgrades to existing drawings, ensuring all deliverables meet project specifications and timelines. **Expectations:** - Work exclusively through an umbrella company (PSC not accepted). - Deliver high‑quality design outputs on schedule. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate electrical solutions into the overall project architecture. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create and revise AutoCAD Mechanical drawings for control racks, cable trays, and insertion devices. - Adapt existing schematics to meet updated project requirements. - Ensure all designs comply with engineering standards and client specifications. - Maintain accurate documentation and version control of design artefacts. - Interact with project management and other engineering disciplines to resolve design issues. **Required Skills:** - Proficient in AutoCAD Mechanical for 2D/3D electrical layout. - Proven track record of delivering electrical engineering projects on time. - Strong understanding of cable routing principles and control rack design. - Ability to interpret and apply technical specifications and drawings. - Effective communication and teamwork skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Design, or a related field. - Professional engineering registration (e.g., CEng, PE) is desirable but not mandatory.

Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Manager (EU) Role Summary: Commercially driven leader responsible for expanding service portfolio within the European electronic components industry. Focuses on generating new business, deepening existing client relationships, and delivering profitable growth across multiple service streams. Expectations: Deliver sales targets and gross profit objectives; maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline; establish the organization as a trusted long‑term supply chain partner for OEMs, CEMs, and subcontract manufacturers. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and secure new business opportunities across all service offerings. • Prospect and develop new customer relationships in the electronic components market. • Build, nurture, and expand relationships with OEMs, CEMs, and subcontract manufacturers. • Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline within the CRM system. • Conduct needs‑based engagement with customers and propose tailored commercial solutions. • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and gross‑profit objectives. Required Skills: • Proven experience in business development or sales within the electronics or electronic components sector. • Electrical or electronic components brokerage background preferred. • Existing network of contacts within OEM, CEM, or subcontractor markets. • Demonstrated ability to create rapid commercial impact. • Strong grasp of B2B sales and marketing principles. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and outbound sales techniques. • Competent with Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. • Working knowledge of CRM systems. • Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of remote work. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred). • No mandatory certifications, though relevant industry credentials are advantageous.
