**Job Title** Software Engineer – Salesforce **Role Summary** Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce‑centric software solutions. Works independently with cross‑functional teams to deliver new features, automate deployments, and troubleshoot production issues. Ensures high code quality through clean architecture, unit and integration testing, and code reviews. **Expectations** - Deliver maintainable, scalable Salesforce code (LWC, Apex). - Automate deployments using internal platform tools. - Collaborate effectively with product, design, and engineering stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable solutions. - Maintain robust documentation and provide timely technical support. - Continuously improve development and release processes. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Software Development** – Write clean, maintainable, efficient code for Salesforce features and enhancements. 2. **Automation** – Apply and evolve internal deployment pipelines; ensure reliable, repeatable releases. 3. **Collaboration** – Partner with product managers, designers, and peers to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver business value. 4. **Testing & Debugging** – Create and maintain unit and integration tests; diagnose and resolve moderate‑complex production issues. 5. **Process Improvement** – Propose and implement enhancements to development and deployment workflows. 6. **Documentation** – Draft comprehensive technical docs for applications, deployment procedures, and system configurations. 7. **Technical Support** – Provide troubleshooting for deployed applications, minimizing downtime and ensuring quick resolution. **Required Skills** - Salesforce development: Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Salesforce administration. - Front‑end: JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js) – 2+ years. - Backend: Java, mobile app fundamentals (optional). - Tools: Azure DevOps, Jira. - Cloud: Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or equivalent – 1+ year. - Experience with writing unit and integration tests. - Strong debugging and problem‑solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication for documentation and cross‑team collaboration. **Required Education & Certifications** - Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required). - Minimum of 3 years relevant software development experience (minimum 2 years experience with Salesforce development). ---
