Job Description
**Job Title** Project Executive – Multifamily Construction **Role Summary** Lead the planning, execution, and close‑out of multiple large‑scale multifamily residential projects. Provide executive leadership, manage financial performance, cultivate client relationships, and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards. **Expectations** - Deliver projects on time, within budget and scope while maintaining high quality and safety standards. - Act as the primary executive liaison for owners, partners, and stakeholders. - Influence project strategy, risk management, and continuous improvement across all projects. - Mentor and develop project managers and supervisory staff. **Key Responsibilities** - Oversee pre‑construction through close‑out for all assigned multifamily projects. - Lead project teams, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations. - Develop and maintain relationships with owners, partners, and key stakeholders. - Drive financial performance: establish and monitor budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation plans. - Plan staffing, resource allocation, and coordinate with senior management on project priorities. - Mentor project managers and superintendents to support consistent execution and professional growth. - Manage contract negotiations, change orders, and subcontractor performance. - Promote a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence throughout all project phases. **Required Skills** - Executive leadership and team management - Multifamily construction project management (pre‑construction to close‑out) - Budgeting, scheduling, and financial oversight - Risk identification and mitigation - Contract negotiation and change‑order administration - Strong communication and stakeholder engagement - Safety and quality assurance leadership - Mentoring and staff development **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. - Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent construction management certification preferred. ---
