Job title: Senior Data Scientist Role Summary: Design, build, and deploy scalable machine‑learning solutions that solve complex business challenges. Own end‑to‑end project delivery, lead a small team, and interface directly with client stakeholders. Expactations: Demonstrated ability to deliver high‑quality predictive models, mentor junior data scientists, and maintain robust MLOps pipelines that run in cloud environments. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deploy advanced models (time‑series, gradient boosting, clustering, NLP, Bayesian inference). - Own project streams: define technical scope, set timelines, and present progress to internal teams and clients. - Mentor team members on coding standards, deployment, and best practices. - Architect cloud‑native, MLOps‑ready solutions using IaC, CI/CD, and automated retraining pipelines. - Liaise with clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical deliverables. Required Skills: - Strong programming in Python (object‑oriented); expertise in dataframes (Polars/PySpark). - Proficient with data versioning (DVC) and design of data storage solutions (SQL, NoSQL). - Experience with at least two major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), including app deployment, databases, and Terraform. - Deep knowledge of MLOps tools (experiment tracking, hyper‑parameter tuning, automated retraining). - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/K8s), and cloud‑native services (fargate/lambda). - Experienced in leading teams, defining tasks, and communicating progress to technical and non‑technical audiences. Job Title: Junior Data Consultant Role Summary: Partner with senior consultants and data specialists to deliver end‑to‑end data solutions for clients, acting as a strategic advisor and operational project executor.
