**Job title:** Marketing Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive sales, and support the global launch of ospreylondon.com. Manage both retail and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Partner with retail centre management to secure brand exposure through events, media, and web profiles.
- Conduct regular outreach to centre marketing teams, ensuring consistent brand representation.
- Identify and secure local press and influencer opportunities (social, media, podcasts).
- Launch in‑store initiatives that enhance customer experience: styling sessions, loyalty programmes, contests.
- Apply Critical Path Analysis for new product launches, creating video assets to showcase product USPs for staff and centre teams.
- Manage the online presence: oversee social media content, scheduling, engagement, and analytics.
- Develop partnerships with influencers, podcasts, YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
- Establish and uphold social media guidelines and tone of voice across all channels.
- Drive innovative marketing practices and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Oversee production of high‑quality product imagery with external agencies for e‑commerce and marketplace use.
**Required Skills:**
- Marketing degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong strategic and creative thinking with hands‑on execution capability.
