Job Description

Job Title: AI Engineer Role Summary: Design, prototype, and deploy scalable AI solutions across multi‑cloud environments, lead enablement initiatives, and advise stakeholders on AI strategy and best practices. Expectations: Deliver secure, robust AI architectures that integrate with enterprise systems; drive adoption through workshops and hands‑on labs; evaluate and recommend emerging AI technologies; act as a trusted advisor for AI integration and change management. Key Responsibilities: - Architect advanced AI systems using AWS, Azure, or GCP and large language models. - Build and deploy secure, scalable AI frameworks that integrate with existing enterprise stacks. - Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and business units to deliver optimized AI solutions. - Design and lead enablement programs, workshops, and labs to upskill teams. - Continuously assess new AI tools, frameworks, and models for potential integration. - Provide subject‑matter expertise on AI best practices, integration opportunities, and change management. Required Skills: - Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP multi‑cloud architecture. - Deep knowledge of large language models, machine learning frameworks, and AI architecture design. - Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C#. - Experience with DevOps practices and deploying scalable AI services. - Analytical, problem‑solving, and system design capabilities. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills. - Understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and data governance. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 1+ year of AI engineering experience (in‑house or consulting). - Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or AI/ML are desirable.
