**Job Title**: Senior Talent Partner (Business Functions) **Role Summary** Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for core G&A functions (Finance, Strategy, Legal, People, Marketing, Operations) within high‑growth tech clients. Act as both delivery partner and strategic advisor, partnering with C‑suite leaders to shape hiring strategies, build candidate pipelines, and ensure alignment with business goals. **Expectations** - Consistently source and place senior‑level talent across described functions. - Establish trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence company talent strategy. - Deliver a seamless candidate experience, maintaining clear communication and timely feedback. - Utilize hiring data to forecast needs, track performance, and inform decision‑making. - Adapt rapidly to shifting priorities in fast‑growth, ambiguous environments. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Own full‑cycle recruitment for Finance, Legal, People, Marketing, Strategy, and Operations roles. 2. Collaborate with senior leaders (CFO, COO, CPO, etc.) to scope roles, refine processes, and define capability requirements. 3. Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines across disciplines and seniority levels. 4. Manage multiple open roles, balancing competing priorities. 5. Deliver excellent candidate experience through clear communication and advocacy. 6. Track recruitment metrics, forecast workforce needs, and present insights to stakeholders. 7. Share insights and best practices with the Move squad to improve tools and processes. 8. Attend occasional client or team sessions in London as required. **Required Skills** - Proven experience recruiting across multiple G&A functions in fintech, SaaS, or other high‑growth environments. - Strong understanding of business operations, leadership structures, and talent needs in Finance, Legal, People, and Strategy. - Ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence at the C‑suite level. - Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and organisational skills. - Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and multiple concurrent roles. - Comfort operating strategically and tactically, knowing when to advise versus act. - Adaptability to ambiguous, fast‑paced settings where priorities shift rapidly. **Required Education & Certifications** - UK‑based (eligible to attend occasional London sessions). - No specific degree or certification required; preferred experience in recruiting for fintech or financial services organisations.
