Job Description
Job Title: Enterprise Customer Success Manager – Ecommerce, Logistics, SaaS Role Summary: Lead the customer success function for high‑value SaaS e‑commerce and logistics clients. Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, build trusted advisor relationships with C‑level stakeholders, and drive revenue growth through upsell and cross‑sell while ensuring clients achieve long‑term success with the platform. Expactations: - Proactively identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks. - Deliver strategic insights and performance analytics to guide client decisions. - Maintain a high level of client satisfaction, retention, and expansion. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise clients. - Develop and nurture relationships with key executive stakeholders. - Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and performance reporting on client KPIs. - Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to translate client needs into deliverables. - Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, negotiate deals, and close revenue expansion. - Monitor account health, flag potential issues, and execute remediation strategies. - Communicate data insights and best‑practice recommendations to support clients’ strategic objectives. Required Skills: - 2+ years in account management or customer success, preferably in SaaS, logistics, or B2B software. - Proven record of driving revenue growth within an existing book of business. - Strong analytical abilities: data interpretation, trend analysis, and reporting. - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication. - Executive‑level presentation and influencing skills. - Effective listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self‑managed, multi‑project focus, and fast‑learning attitude. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent in business, marketing, or related field. - [Optional] Professional certifications in customer success, account management, or related disciplines.
