**Job Title:**
Channel Account Manager
**Role Summary:**
Commercially driven professional responsible for managing and expanding the network of POS agencies. Owns key agency portfolios, nurtures relationships, drives upsell and cross‑sell initiatives, and orchestrates regular performance reviews. Acts as the primary liaison between agencies and internal teams, ensuring alignment of sales, compliance, operations, and product.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 4 years in account, channel, or partner management (fintech, payments, SaaS preferred).
- Proven track record of generating revenue growth through upsells/cross‑sales.
- Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with distributors, resellers, and integrators.
- Skilled in structuring account reviews, tracking performance, and driving continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and process orientation.
- Fluency in Dutch, English, and French; additional European languages are a plus.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own and manage portfolio of existing POS agencies.
- Strengthen agency relationships and build trust.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across product suite.
- Formalise and conduct regular business reviews (monthly, quarterly, half‑yearly).
- Serve as primary point of contact between agencies and the company.
- Track agency performance, pipeline, and revenue contribution.
- Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Operations, and Product teams.
- Identify under‑performing agencies, recommend improvements.
- Onboard 2–3 new strategic agencies within the first 12 months.
**Required Skills:**

- Relevant certifications in account management, sales, or partnership management considered an advantage.
