Job Description
Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager – SaaS/Security Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end enterprise sales for a SaaS security platform in a fast‑paced startup. Own the pipeline, close high‑value deals, and manage a small team of Account Executives to exceed revenue targets. Expectations: - Achieve and surpass quarterly/annual sales quotas (≥ €XMM ARR). - Maintain high conversion rates and short sales cycle (<6 months). - Grow existing portfolio through upsell/cross‑sell to increase average deal size. - Foster a collaborative, high‑performance sales culture. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect, qualify, and convert enterprise prospects (networking, research, events). - Conduct needs analyses, deliver tailored demos and presentations to decision‑makers. - Draft, negotiate, and close proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements. - Manage post‑sale account health: renewals, expansions, and client advocacy. - Track, analyze, and report on KPIs (conversion, win rate, cycle length, revenue). - Provide market intelligence and feedback to product, marketing, and operations. - Mentor and coach a small team of AEs, setting goals and measuring performance. Required Skills: - Proven enterprise SaaS/security sales record (≥3–5 years). - End‑to‑end sales experience, outbound prospecting, and RFP handling. - Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management. - Team leadership – inspire and drive KPI achievement. - CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). - Fluency in English; German/French/Dutch is a plus. - Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Optional: Sales or technical certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional, Salesforce Certified Administrator).
