**Job Title** Head of Information Technology **Role Summary** Senior leader responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s IT and data strategy across multiple sites. Drives ERP, application, analytics, and cyber‑security initiatives to enable business growth, while managing vendors, budgets, and cross‑functional stakeholder relationships. **Expectations** - Provide strategic direction for all technology and data functions. - Ensure reliable, high‑performance core systems and data platforms. - Embed a data‑driven culture and deliver actionable insights. - Maintain robust cyber‑security posture in alignment with business priorities. - Manage multi‑site IT operations, budgets, and external partnerships efficiently. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead vendor and partner management, negotiating contracts and ensuring service quality. - Act as primary business partner, translating operational needs into IT priorities and roadmaps. - Oversee stability, performance, and continuous improvement of ERP and other critical applications. - Develop and implement analytics, reporting, and BI frameworks to enhance forecasting and decision‑making. - Coordinate cyber‑security strategy, working with external specialists and internal teams to mitigate risks. - Align internal IT resources and external providers across all locations for consistent service delivery. - Create and execute a long‑term IT and data strategic plan in partnership with senior leadership. - Manage IT budgets, cost control, and supplier contracts with commercial acumen. **Required Skills** - Proven leadership of multi‑site IT operations and vendor ecosystems. - Deep knowledge of ERP systems and enterprise applications. - Strong analytics/BI expertise (e.g., data visualization, reporting tools). - Solid understanding of cyber‑security principles and risk management. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication at all organizational levels. - Budgeting, financial stewardship, and contract negotiation capabilities. - Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, growth‑focused environments; collaborative and pragmatic mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related field (required). - Relevant professional certifications preferred (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, or equivalent).
