**Job Title:** Summer Intern – Project Management
**Role Summary:**
Support the Product Management and PMO teams in planning, tracking, and reporting project activities. Gain hands‑on experience with project schedules, dashboards, cross‑functional coordination, and data analysis while applying Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies in an automotive technology environment.
**Expectations:**
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s (or higher) program in engineering, industrial engineering preferred, with at least sophomore standing.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Available full‑time (40 hrs/week) from May 18 2026 to August 7 2026.
- Unrestricted work authorization and ability to pass background and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and reliable attendance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist the PMO with maintaining project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and action items.
- Prepare and update dashboards, status reports, and stakeholder presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, document minutes, and follow up on cross‑functional action items.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data on project performance, KPIs, and delivery metrics.
- Contribute to process documentation, template creation, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with program managers, engineering, finance, and operations to ensure alignment.
- Apply and learn project‑management tools and best practices (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
**Required Skills:**
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field; coursework in project management or related subjects is a plus.
- Must have completed at least one academic term after sophomore year and plan to return for at least one semester post‑internship.
- No specific certifications required; willingness to learn project‑management methodologies is essential.
