Job Title: Technical Lead – AI Agentic Platform
Role Summary:
Lead the end‑to‑end technical direction of an AI agent platform, shaping architecture, integration, and deployment. Drive team practices, ensure robust performance, and collaborate across cloud, data, and security domains to deliver a reliable, secure, and scalable solution.
Expactations:
- Minimum 8 years in platform engineering, cloud architecture, or infrastructure.
- At least 3 years of technical leadership experience.
- Minimum 2 years delivering LLM or generative AI projects.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi‑service systems with high availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and evolve the platform’s technical architecture, defining API, microservice, and distributed systems standards.
- Lead development around generative models, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, and LangGraph.
- Own production operations: CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes containerization, and uptime >99.9 %.
- Collaborate with Cloud, Data, and Security teams to implement deployment, monitoring, and compliance controls.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams, establishing best practices and fostering technical excellence.
- Assess, recommend, and integrate cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and vector databases to meet performance and scalability goals.
Required Skills:
- Cloud platform proficiency: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Deep knowledge of MCP/A2A protocols, vector databases, and RAG pipelines.
- API design, microservices, and experience with Google Apigee or similar API gateways.
- Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD orchestration.
- AI cybersecurity awareness, LLM governance, and data privacy compliance.
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks: LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Relevant cloud certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, GCP Professional Cloud Architect).
- Certifications in API design, cybersecurity, or AI governance are advantageous.
