**Job Title:** Data & AI Project Manager – M/F
**Role Summary:** Lead end‑to‑end AI and data initiatives for large enterprise clients, aligning cross‑functional teams and guiding projects from concept through deployment while ensuring quality, performance, and compliance.
**Expactations:** Deliver AI solutions that transform data into actionable insights; maintain project timelines and budgets; act as the main liaison between business stakeholders, data scientists, data engineers, and clients; advocate for best practices in cloud, big data, and DevOps.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define AI roadmaps, gather and challenge business requirements, and translate them into technical scopes.
- Oversee all project phases: data collection, preparation, transformation, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Establish and track KPIs to ensure project success and ROI.
- Design, deploy, and industrialize predictive models (regression, NLP, clustering, deep learning, decision trees) into production pipelines.
- Ensure model quality, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams, facilitate workshops, and lead steering committee meetings.
- Communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and drive informed decision‑making.
- Monitor AI and big data trends, evaluate cloud and platform options, and recommend appropriate technologies.
- Drive continuous improvement of data and AI workflows, incorporating CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and DataOps practices.
- Maintain documentation of architecture, models, and procedures.
**Required Skills:**
- Project management expertise (Agile/Scrum, waterfall).
- Strong knowledge of Big Data ecosystems (Spark, Hive, Hadoop).
- Proficient in AI/ML frameworks (Python, R, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data science tools (Dataiku, Databricks).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), orchestration (Airflow, DBT, Talend), and DevOps tooling (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
- Knowledge of data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) and experiment tracking (MLflow).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and pedagogical skills for simplifying AI concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a focus on delivering clean, scalable solutions.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in data and AI domains, preferably with large enterprise clients.
- Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management credentials are an advantage.
