**Job Title:** Data Scientist IA
**Role Summary:**
Design, train, and deploy large generative AI models (LLMs, RAG, transformers) to create business‑oriented solutions across banking, insurance, retail, and healthcare. Build and maintain MLOps pipelines, collaborate with IT and business teams, and continuously monitor AI innovations to ensure production readiness and compliance.
**Expactations:**
- Deliver high‑quality, production‑grade AI models and APIs.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain robust governance, CI/CD, and MLOps practices.
- Communicate results clearly in an international, English‑speaking environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Design, finetune, and deploy generative AI models (LLMs, RAG, transformers).
2. Develop domain‑specific use cases for finance, insurance, retail, and healthcare.
3. Implement MLOps pipelines (Git, MLflow, Langfuse) and CI/CD workflows.
4. Deploy APIs using FastAPI and manage scaling on GCP, AWS, or Azure.
5. Conduct active innovation watch on generative AI, NLP, and vision technologies.
6. Ensure data quality, model governance, and compliance with industry standards.
7. Mentor and collaborate in agile cross‑functional teams.
**Required Skills:**
- **Languages & Tools:** Python, SQL, Scikit‑Learn, Transformers, LangChain, LangGraph, Spacy, LoRa, Axolotl, FastAPI, Git, MLflow, Langfuse.
- **Cloud & DevOps:** GCP, AWS, or Azure (at least one required); CI/CD, Docker (bonus).
- **AI Expertise:** Generative AI (LLMs, RAG), NLP, computer vision.
- **MLOps & Governance:** Proven experience with production deployment, CI/CD, data governance, and model monitoring.
- **Soft Skills:** Excellent communication, teamwork, agile methodology, professional English proficiency.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s +5 (Engineering or University degree) in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional data science experience, including generative AI and NLP/computer vision.
- Demonstrated experience deploying production APIs (FastAPI) and managing MLOps pipelines.
- (Optional) Certifications in cloud platforms or MLOps.
