**Job Title:** International Payroll Administrator
**Role Summary**
Responsible for end‑to‑end payroll processing across multiple jurisdictions, including semi‑monthly U.S. state payroll, monthly Bulgarian, Swiss, and Liechtenstein payrolls. Supports additional regions (UK, Australia, China, Denmark, Netherlands, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Italy, Spain, South Korea). Coordinates data preparation, processes payroll filings, generates financial GL files, and distributes payslips.
**Expectations**
- Deliver accurate, on‑time payroll for 800+ employees in three key regions.
- Coordinate with international payroll teams to capture joiners, leavers, and changes.
- Respond promptly to employee inquiries via phone, e‑mail, Slack, and ServiceNow.
- Identify and implement process improvements and maintain updated procedure documentation.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Prepare and review input data sheets (overtime, hours, deductions).
2. Execute payroll runs for U.S., Bulgaria, Swiss/Liechtenstein; support other regions as needed.
3. Process payroll-related payments, tax filings, and year‑end reports.
4. Produce and distribute finance GL files and payslips.
5. Manage employee queries and communication.
6. Update and create payroll process documentation.
**Required Skills**
- 2‑3 years international payroll experience.
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and Word.
- Experience with at least one HR/payroll system (e.g., Workday, ADP Streamline/SPM, ADP Workforce Now, CGI Epayfact).
- Strong attention to detail and independent work in fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Time‑management and prioritization capabilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Payroll or HR certification (e.g., PIP, PWC, HR Certification) preferred.
