Job Description

**Job Title** Project Manager – Industrial Engineering (F&B) **Role Summary** Lead and deliver large multimillion‑euro capital projects in the Food & Beverage sector across Europe. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage client interactions, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget, and quality delivery of projects. **Expactations** - Deliver projects up to €20 million in scope. - Maintain high client satisfaction with regular visits (≥ every 2 weeks). - Travel across Europe (France, Italy, Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic) as project needs dictate. - Operate remotely with occasional onsite presence (2‑4 days/month). **Key Responsibilities** - Define and manage project programs, milestones, and deliverables. - Monitor project progress, risks, and budget; prepare weekly/monthly status reports. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders (engineering, sales, BPO) and external clients. - Facilitate project review meetings and communicate updates to all parties. - Ensure compliance with SPX FLOW and customer quality standards. - Support bid‑process planning and risk management during sales phases. - Drive continuous improvement of project delivery processes. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in managing large‑scale industrial engineering projects in F&B, pharma, or related sectors. - Strong knowledge of project management tools (Microsoft Project, SAP for reporting). - Ability to communicate effectively in English, French, and Italian. - Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in risk assessment, cost control, and schedule optimization. - Comfortable with travel and remote teamwork. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Dairy Food Engineering, or equivalent industrial engineering discipline. - PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred (not mandatory).
