Senior Manager, Contracts Administration
**Role Summary**
Lead the translation of complex commercial agreements into actionable, traceable obligations and program‑manage fulfillment across cross‑functional teams, ensuring precise, auditable delivery from quote approval to revenue recognition in a high‑growth B2B technology environment.
**Expectations**
- Deliver accurate contract‑to‑work plans for 10+ strategic agreements per quarter.
- Maintain a live risk register and achieve 95%+ on‑time milestone completion.
- Build scalable frameworks that reduce bespoke commitment turnaround by 30% within 12 months.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Extract and operationalize obligations from MSAs, Order Forms, Amendments, and SOWs into detailed Contract Fulfillment Plans with milestones, owners, due dates, and evidence checks.
- Orchestrate execution across Sales, Legal, Security, Customer Experience, Engineering, Billing, Accounting, and Finance.
- Anchor obligations in source‑of‑truth systems (Salesforce/CPQ, Ironclad, Jira, NetSuite) and maintain auditable traceability.
- Update and maintain a live risk register, escalating and mitigating delivery, approval, data/security, billing, and revenue recognition risks.
- Establish a predictable operating rhythm: status reporting, blocker updates, decision items, and timeline forecasts for executives and stakeholders.
- Design and refine templates, playbooks, RACI maps, SLAs, and intake processes to streamline future contract fulfillment.
- Ensure all approvals and documentation support billing readiness, revenue recognition, and SOX/other compliance controls.
**Required Skills**
- 7–10+ years in Contracts Administration, Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations within cloud, infrastructure, or SaaS B2B tech.
- Expert in reading and interpreting complex MSAs, Order Forms, Amendments, and SOWs; high‑accuracy obligations extraction.
- Strong program/project management, multi‑threading across Legal, Security, Sales, CX, Engineering, Finance.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, CPQ, Ironclad, Jira, Google Workspace/Sheets, and NetSuite integration.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, decision‑making facilitation, and cross‑functional alignment.
- Demonstrated ownership, rigor, and bias for building repeatable, scalable frameworks.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field.
- Certifications such as Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred but not mandatory.
