**Job Title:** Front End Web Developer
**Role Summary:**
Build, maintain, and evolve web experiences across Webflow, WordPress, and other CMS platforms. Translate design systems and marketing requirements into high‑quality, performant, and scalable front‑end implementations while ensuring design consistency, usability, accessibility, and optimal page performance.
**Expectations:**
- 5+ years of front‑end development experience, preferably in fast‑paced or growth‑oriented environments.
- Proven expertise with Webflow, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms (templates, components, publishing workflows).
- Ability to manage multiple page builds and campaign launches simultaneously.
- Strong focus on performance, quality, and user experience, including Core Web Vitals optimization.
- Comfortable leveraging AI‑powered development tools and collaborating with cross‑functional teams (design, product marketing, SEO, analytics).
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain CMS‑based pages, components, and templates in Webflow, WordPress, etc.
- Implement UI/UX designs from Figma, extending and adhering to shared design systems.
- Optimize front‑end code for performance, accessibility, and SEO schema (blog, article, event, FAQ, product).
- Conduct performance analysis and implement improvements for load times, image delivery, and Core Web Vitals.
- Support marketing campaigns, landing pages, gated content, and A/B testing initiatives.
- Collaborate with design, product marketing, campaign management, and web strategy teams to ensure consistent, high‑quality digital experiences.
- Participate in QA workflows, analytics integration (GA4, Tag Manager), and documentation of front‑end standards.
**Required Skills:**
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) with clean, maintainable code practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Webflow and WordPress (template creation, component libraries, publishing).
- Experience translating Figma designs into production‑ready code.
- Knowledge of technical SEO implementation and schema markup.
- Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, performance budgeting, and front‑end optimization techniques.
- Ability to use AI‑assisted development tools for code generation, refactoring, and testing.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or related field **or** equivalent professional experience.
- No specific certifications required; certifications in web development, UI/UX, or SEO are a plus.
