**Job title:** Director – Software, Internet, & Media
**Role Summary:**
Senior leadership position responsible for designing and implementing value‑driven commercial strategies (packaging, pricing, monetization, product launch, sales force effectiveness, customer base management) for high‑growth clients in the Software, Internet, and Media sector across North America. Lead multi‑disciplinary teams, deliver transformative outcomes, and drive business development and thought leadership initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop, communicate, and execute strategic initiatives for pricing, packaging, monetization, product launch, and sales effectiveness.
- Own end‑to‑end project delivery: scope, planning, execution, quality, timelines, budgets, and margin management.
- Manage multiple concurrent engagements and resource allocations.
- Build trusted, senior‑level client relationships; secure stakeholder buy‑in and endorsement of recommendations.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, providing performance feedback and development guidance.
- Produce research, frameworks, case studies, white papers, and other thought‑leadership assets.
- Identify and pursue new client engagements and business‑development opportunities.
- Evaluate and onboard new TMT consultants; ensure consistent integration and knowledge transfer.
- Maintain awareness of emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes impacting the target industry.

**Required Education & Certifications:**

- 10–15 years of senior consulting or industry experience within TMT, focusing on software/internet/media.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, Certified Management Consultant, Six Sigma, or equivalent) desirable.
