**Job Title** PSA Engineer – ADMS **Role Summary** Design, implement, and optimize Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) solutions to enhance operational efficiency and meet business objectives. Serve as a subject‑matter expert in power systems distribution applications, including Volt‑VAR control, distribution power flow, and fault‑related solutions. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality ADMS customizations and enhancements within project timelines. - Communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical issues. - Continuously evaluate and improve ADMS performance and reliability. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and maintain ADMS modules and distribution power applications (e.g., Volt‑VAR Control, Automatic Feeder Rate). - Configure and customize Energy Management Systems (EMS), with preference for e‑terra AEMS. - Integrate ADMS with SCADA, DMS, and OMS systems and troubleshoot platform defects. - Perform coding, testing, and documentation for new features and bug fixes using C++ and Java. - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to capture requirements and provide technical solutions. - Drive process improvements and adopt best practices in ADMS development and deployment. **Required Skills** - 2+ years of hands‑on experience implementing and customizing ADMS/DMS solutions. - Proficiency in distribution power flow, Volt‑Var Control (VVC/IVVC), FLISR/FDIR, and Optimal Power Flow (OPF). - Strong programming skills in C++ and Java. - Deep understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems. - Knowledge of ADMS/EMS integration and SCADA/DMS/OMS architectures. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Computer Science, or related field. - Professional certifications in power systems or software development (e.g., NERC, IEEE, or similar) are a plus.
