Job Description
**Job title** Finance Partner (Growth) **Role summary** Act as the strategic finance partner for the Growth organization (Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience) in a high‑growth SaaS environment. Deliver robust financial planning, revenue analytics, and process optimization to accelerate decision‑making, improve revenue performance, and embed financial discipline across the entire lead‑to‑cash cycle. **Expectations** - Build accurate top‑line financial plans and scenario models. - Provide timely, data‑driven insights on revenue levers (ARR, GDR, pipeline coverage, CAC, LTV, sales productivity). - Influence pricing, product monetization, and expansion decisions. - Drive end‑to‑end revenue process improvements and maintain system integrity. - Serve as a trusted advisor to sales and growth leaders, enabling transparent, auditable planning and reporting. **Key responsibilities** - Construct and iterate revenue forecasts, business plans, and commission/quota models. - Analyse KPIs; identify risks and opportunities across the funnel. - Create and maintain dashboards for self‑serve insights (Salesforce, billing systems, BI tools). - Partner with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and Customer Success to standardise pipeline hygiene, deal stages, and renewals. - Detect and remediate revenue leakage, pricing or contract inefficiencies. - Collaborate with Product on financial impact of new features. - Prepare data pipelines and support governance for revenue data. - Contribute clear, data‑backed insights for board and investor reporting. **Required skills** - Advanced financial modelling and scenario analysis. - Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, SQL, BI tools (e.g., ThoughtSpot). - Experience building dashboards and performance metrics. - Knowledge of revenue operations in SaaS/recurring‑revenue businesses. - Strong analytical and logical thinking; ability to distil complexity into actionable insights. - Excellent cross‑functional communication; able to explain finance concepts to non‑finance stakeholders. - Familiarity with AI/automation for financial insights. - Adaptable to evolving processes and systems. **Required education & certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a quantitative discipline. - MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, Six Sigma) is a plus. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
