About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in CI/CD, AWS cloud architecture, and delivery pipeline implementation and maintenance to provide foundational services to a cross platform software engineering team. As the DevOps lead engineer, you will architect, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and user-friendly CI/CD and DevOps solutions, ensuring the delivery of scalable and highly available solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
Bitbucket, Jenkins
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployments.
Manage, monitor, and scale AWS cloud environments
Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance.
Apply DevSecOps practices, secure pipelines, and maintain compliance standards.
Work closely with developers and QC teams to streamline delivery workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and staging environments.
Qualifications
Must Have:
5+ years of professional experience in DevOps engineering, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or senior role.
Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, or similar).
Strong understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub).
Expertise in monitoring and logging tools (Zabbix, Cloudwatch, Cloudtrail, ElasticSearch, Kibana)
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform setup and maintenance
Familiarity with version control (Git) and branching strategies.
Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and Linux systems administration.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of serverless architectures.
Familiarity with security guidelines and compliance
Expertise in static analysis tools
Background in software engineering
