Senior Account Executive - Women's Health Sales

You will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the go-to-market strategy for the UK and EMEA regions. You'll drive commercial growth by securing strategic partnerships with employers, brokers, and healthcare plans while influencing product positioning and market expansion strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Growth
Define and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the UK and EMEA, focused on women's health solutions.
Build, manage, and expand relationships with enterprise employers, brokers, and healthcare providers.
Partner closely with the Chief Growth Officer to shape revenue strategy, market priorities, and growth targets.
Business Development & Partnerships
Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with decision-makers at employers, health plans, and partner organizations.
Lead presentations, pitches, and strategic proposals that position the organisation as the preferred women's health partner.
Market Intelligence & Influence
Stay ahead of UK and EMEA market trends, policy developments, and competitive activity in women's health and digital health.
Use data-driven insights to identify new opportunities and refine value propositions to meet evolving client needs.
Sales Operations & Enablement
Oversee pipeline development, forecasting, and performance tracking to ensure consistent revenue growth.
Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling campaigns and enablement tools that drive lead generation and conversion.
Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure smooth contract negotiations and regulatory adherence.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Work closely with product, marketing, and clinical teams to align solutions with client and market needs.
Champion client feedback internally to influence roadmap decisions and enhance product-market fit.
Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or business development, ideally within digital health, women's health, employee benefits, or healthcare technology.
Track Record: Proven ability to consistently exceed revenue targets and secure high-value partnerships in complex B2B or B2B2C environments.
Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of UK and EMEA healthcare landscapes, preferably with exposure to women's health solutions, employee benefits, or digital health platforms.
Leadership Skills: Experience managing senior client relationships, influencing cross-functional teams, and presenting to C-level executives.
Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation, analytical, and financial modelling skills, with the ability to structure innovative, commercially viable deals.
