Title: Java Developer - Backstage
Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid)
Technical Skills
Candidate with minimum 8+yrs of experience in Full stack Development
Expertise in Backstage platform development and plugin architecture will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in JavaScript TypeScript and React for frontend development
Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API design
Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift
Experience with CICD pipelines version control Git and infrastructure as code IaC tools
Knowledge of event driven architectures and messaging systems like Kafka is a plus
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to lead and mentor teams while fostering a culture of innovation
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high quality software
