Role Description

This is an internship role for an Apprentice Facilities Coordinator, located on-site in Whitehaven.

The Apprentice Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations, managing inventory and supplies, and supporting the setup and teardown of training sessions and events.

Additional tasks include monitoring of safety protocols, handling basic repairs, and providing administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

The ability to learn
Hands on practical approach
Good work ethic
Ability to perform basic basic repairs, and inventory management would be an advantage
Good organisational and time-management skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of safety and compliance standards
Proficiency in using office software like MS Office etc
Previous experience in a similar role or environment is a plus
