Job Responsibilities

1. Implement Physical Security Management System

Drive data center on-site operations, facilities, and related teams to implement the physical security management system.

2. Enhance Security Awareness & Skills

Improve on-site security team's awareness and skills through training, drills, and testing to meet job requirements and ensure local physical security.

3. Conduct Security Inspections

Perform comprehensive security inspections of the data center, identify potential risks and hazards in a timely manner, and ensure corrective actions are completed.

4. Support Major Events & Incidents

Ensure effective implementation of security control measures during major events and incidents.

Skills & Expertise

Knowledge of security management, including personnel security (man-guarding), technical security, and emergency response.

Core Competencies

Communication Skills: Clear articulation, smooth expression, and logical thinking.

Collaboration Skills: Strong organizational and management abilities; capable of

coordinating cross-functional teams to implement security policies.

Management Skills: Self-management; basic project and daily task management.

Language Skills: Proficiency in local language + Chinese.
