Job Specifications

Key Responsibilities:

Visit potential clients, retail partners, and corporate customers to present Dr. Scent products
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Actively seek out new business opportunities in assigned territories
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to clients
Gather customer feedback and market insights to help improve sales strategies
Submit daily activity reports and maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions
Coordinate with the sales and logistics team to ensure timely order processing and delivery
Represent the brand professionally in all external interactions and events

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in outdoor or field sales (perfume or FMCG industry is a plus)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong sales drive with a passion for meeting targets
Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally
Good knowledge of the local market and customer behavior
Presentable and professional appearance
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Arabic-speaking preferred; English is a plus
