About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Module Lead (Senior Java Developer). This is a senior-level role that combines hands-on technical expertise with module-level delivery leadership. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building robust, scalable systems, driving integration between applications, and ensuring quality delivery within an Agile setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of assigned modules, ensuring quality, scalability, and resilience.
Develop and maintain REST APIs and Microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Design efficient data ingestion workflows using Spring Integration and Spring Batch.
Integrate applications with Kafka and other upstream/downstream systems.
Work with relational and NoSQL databases including Oracle and Cassandra.
Contribute to UI development using modern frameworks like AngularJS.
Create and execute test cases (unit, regression, performance).
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve code defects and quality issues.
Drive best practices in Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and adherence to OKRs.

Skills and Experience:

4-8 years of professional experience in software development.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with Kafka for event-driven integration.
Proficiency in working with Oracle and Cassandra databases.
Experience developing with AngularJS.
Skilled in Spring Integration and Spring Batch.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and delivery ownership mindset.
