Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in London for an Office Assistant. The Office Assistant will be responsible for managing phone calls with proper etiquette, providing administrative support, handling office equipment, and performing various clerical tasks. Additionally, the role involves effective communication with staff and clients to ensure smooth daily operations. This is a Monday to Friday role, working hours 10am- 5pm.

Experience

Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
Familiarity with Office Equipment and its maintenance
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Previous office or administrative experience required

The role involves working directly with CEO, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
