Description:
Our client has an immediate need for a Security Project Manager to lead and coordinate cybersecurity and compliance-related initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is a plus
PM Certification is a plus
2 - 4 years of experience with Project Management
Experience with Jira
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
Financial Budget and Financial Forecasting, and Reporting Experience
Security Experience
Experience with Clarizen, Cyber Security, Certification Management for Security, Quantum Computing, Cryptographic Security, and Tokenization Security is a plus
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing security programs and projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
Lead cross-functional security projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance requirements
Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables using Jira and other project management tools
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, status reports, and risk logs
Track and report on financial budgets, forecasts, and actuals related to security initiatives
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of security projects
Support security compliance efforts, including certification management and audit readiness (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2)
Contribute to the development and enforcement of security standards, practices, and policies
